Take Your Karate From The Mat To Real Life  with Andi Lynn

Andi Lynn began her Chuck Norris System training at the age of three.  She is currently a 5th Degree CNS Black Belt and a 2nd Degree UFAF Krav Maga Force Black Belt.

Andi Lynn works full time as an instructor at Dunamis Karate in SC. She has been a guest instructor at the ITC and at regional training events on numerous occasions. She serves as a member of the Region 7 Test Board and a member of the newly formed UFAF Training and Development Committee. Andi Lynn is continually striving to be and do her best.  As a karate tournament champion, aspiring musician, a worship leader, and karate instructor she serves as a great role model on and off the mat.

Take Your Karate From The Mat To Real Life 

Ms. Andi Lynn will be teaching a Youth Krav Maga class covering some of the new stand up combatives that have been added to the black belt test. This class will be full of high energy drills and skills to help prepare students to not only perform well on a black belt test, but also to be able to protect themselves if ever the need ever arises.  There is also a big surprise planned as a fun finish to this great class!

Having a partner for this class will definitely make it more fun. If you have a partner, striking gloves/mitts are recommended.

Note:
* Seminar times are listed in Pacific Time.
* Youth seminars are designed for ages 5-12 and adult seminars are for ages 13 and up.
* Because these classes are online, anyone would be able to log on and join the workouts but realize that the seminar content will be geared to those specific age groups.

We will also have various challenges during VITC week.

Each entry in a challenge will be one entry in a drawing to win a FREE ITC for 2021!

Be sure to register by June 30th so you get your t-shirt in time to participate in the challenges!
