Lindy Woods began training in the Chuck Norris System in 1993 and opened her own school, Dunamis Karate, in 2001. Mrs. Woods currently serves as the Region 7 Chair and a member of the UFAF Advisory Board as the Chief Communications Administrator and a member of the UFAF Krav Maga Force Development Board.

Doing the 'same ole forms' over and over can get boring over time. How do you practice your forms to keep them sharp without getting board? How do you practice to make your forms powerful and clean for testing or competition but still have fun? This seminar will answer those questions and give you some tools to keep practicing your forms without getting burnt out.

* Seminar times are listed in Pacific Time.
* Youth seminars are designed for ages 5-12 and adult seminars are for ages 13 and up.
* Because these classes are online, anyone would be able to log on and join the workouts but realize that the seminar content will be geared to those specific age groups.

We will also have various challenges during VITC week.

Each entry in a challenge will be one entry in a drawing to win a FREE ITC for 2021!

Be sure to register by June 30th so you get your t-shirt in time to participate in the challenges!
