Master Van Frasher is one of the exciting instructors lined up for the 2017 Youth ITC
Here is a short bio on Master Frasher:
Mr. Frasher began his martial arts training in 1979. He is currently a 6th degree Chuck Norris System™ (CNS) black belt, UFAF Region 11 Chairman, and a Certified Professional Martial Artist. Mr. Frasher is owner and operator of Van Frasher’s Champion Karate in Ohio.
In 2008, Mr. Frasher was chosen Instructor of the Year by the United Fighting Arts Federation.
Mr. Frasher has represented Team CNS/CKD in the National Black Belt League (NBL). In 2006, he won the NBL Sparring World Champion. He is a seven-time CNS World Champion and won the Norris Cup in 2007 and 2008.
In 2015, Mr. Frasher was appointed to the UFAF Master Development Series (MDS) staff as a level 501 instructor.
Throughout the years, Mr. Frasher has studied various martial arts including: judo, jujitsu, aikido, and several forms of karate and wrestling systems. In 1993, Mr. Frasher moved to the Columbus, Ohio area after earning his M.S. in criminal justice. He now works as a court diversion officer for Franklin County Children Services with at-risk teens that have neglect, dependent, and delinquent concerns.
