UFAF ITC 2026 The Countdown Is Almost Over Dear UFAF Nation, Whether this is your first International Training Conference or your 40th, we're excited to spend an incredible weekend training, learning, reconnecting with old friends, and making new memories together. Here are a few things we want to make sure everyone knows: School Owners will have a get together Wednesday July 15th at 7pm in the Brasilia Ballroom.  There will be no scheduled photo shoots this year at the ITC.  There will be no printed photos for sale at the ITC.  Photos of the event will be available for people to download for free after the event.  To help you prepare, we've put together a few helpful resources: ✅ Preview the Official ITC 2026 Program Take a sneak peek at this year's schedule, seminars, special events, instructor lineup, tournament information, and much more. 📋 ITC Packing Checklist Be sure to pack everything you'll need for a successful week: Traditional CNS uniform (Read More) Demo Team uniform (if applicable) Jiu-Jitsu uniform (if applicable) UFAF dress uniform (Read More) Sparring gear: Headgear Hand pads Foot pads Shin guards Mouthguard Protective cup (males) Weapons for training and competition (youth & adults have a bo seminar) Gear bags Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (for Norris Tribute) Swimsuit ✈️ Las Vegas Travel Tips

🌵 Stay Hydrated Las Vegas is extremely dry—even if you don't feel hot, you'll lose water quickly. Carry a reusable water bottle. Drink water throughout the day, especially between training sessions. Consider bringing electrolyte packets if you'll be training hard. 👟 Wear Comfortable Shoes The Rio is a large property, and you'll be walking quite a bit.  Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended. ☀️ Dress for the Weather Daytime temperatures can be very warm. Indoor meeting rooms and casinos can be heavily air-conditioned. Bring a light jacket or hoodie for inside the hotel. 🚕 Getting Around Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are plentiful. Taxis are readily available outside the hotel. If you're planning to explore the Strip, allow extra travel time due to traffic. 💳 Bring a Few Essentials Don't forget: Phone charger Portable battery pack Sunscreen Sunglasses Any prescription medications Cash or a credit card for meals, shopping, or tips 🎉 Enjoy the Experience ITC is more than just training—it's a chance to reconnect with friends from around the world, meet new members of the UFAF family, learn from outstanding instructors, and create memories that will last a lifetime. Important Information for All Chuck Norris Tribute Attendees

Dear UFAF Members, As we prepare for this very special evening honoring Grand Master Chuck Norris, we want to ensure everyone enjoys a safe, memorable, and smooth experience. Because this event will include celebrity guests, dignitaries, and other public figures, enhanced security measures will be in place. These procedures have been established in coordination with our professional security team and will apply to all attendees without exception. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

REQUIRED Government-Issued Photo ID All adult attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name used during registration in order to enter the venue. Security Screening For the safety of all guests: All attendees and personal belongings may be subject to security screening before entry. No weapons of any kind are permitted inside the venue, including firearms, knives, defensive sprays, or any item deemed to present a security concern. Large bags and backpacks are not permitted. We encourage guests to bring only essential personal items. Recording Policy To help protect the integrity of this special event: Video recording, livestreaming, or rebroadcasting of any portion of the program is not permitted without prior written authorization from the United Fighting Arts Federation. Personal photography is welcome. Please refrain from using flash photography during the program out of respect for our guests and presenters. Dress Code Attendees are encouraged to wear: Their UFAF Dress Uniform, or similarly appropriate attire, befitting this special occasion. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation with these policies. By working together, we can provide a safe, respectful, and memorable tribute worthy of Grand Master Chuck Norris and all of our distinguished guests.
