We previously announced that the 2019 Instructor Development Series would cover the upcoming changes to the black belt test. Here is a more detailed idea of what to expect.
The IDS will be held on Thursday, 7/11, starting at 8:00 AM. Come dressed to work out because this will be a hands-on learning environment!
Here is a look at the schedule.
8:00-12:30
Traditional Techniques Forms Self-defense Basics CNS Stand Up Combatives CNS Ground Combatives Rapid-fire One-Steps Sparring Footwork and Combinations, Sparring Full Power & Aggression, Unrehearsed Self-defense
12:30 - 1:30
Lunch (on your own)
1:30 - 3:00
Mock Test
3:00 - 4:00
Judges Certification for the ITC Tournament
By the end of the day, everyone should have much greater confidence in their understanding of the new test material.

For school owners needing to attend an MDS in order to maintain their school charters and black belts needing an MDS for their next promotion ... Remember attending this IDS will meet that requirement!
