In this seminar, Mr. Dunn and Darby will give an overview of Brazilian JiuJitsu positions so students have a clear understanding of what to look for and what to be cautious of. They will also cover the basics of stopping the takedown by utilizing head control, the forearm, and the sprawl. And last they will explore options of getting back to your feet if taken down.
David Dunn is a 6th degree Black Belt CNS, a 4th Degree Black Belt Jean Jacques Machado BJJ, and a Veteran Mixed Martial Artist.
Darby Jo Dunn is a 9-year-old Red Belt in CNS. She has 7 years of martial arts training. Her weekly training includes CNS, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, weapons, and demo team.
