Welcome Clayton Ferguson as ITC 2025 InstructorWe are absolutely thrilled to announce Clayton Ferguson as one of our instructors for adult attendees at the upcoming ITC 2025. Mr. Ferguson is a 9th Degree Blackbelt and former Chuck Norris System Kata and Fighting Grand Champion! |
| | Clayton's name resonates powerfully throughout the martial arts world. In the 80s and 90s, he was a prominent competitor, showcasing an exceptional mix of technique, strength, and spirit. His prestigious accolades include multiple grand championship wins in forms and fighting. And in 2024 when UFAF retired the “traveling” Norris Cups, Mr. Ferguson became the full time owner of the Sr. Norris Cup because he had the “most wins.”
Fast forward to now, and he’s still devotedly immersed in martial arts, teaching alongside his wife at their renowned studio in Barboursville, WV. He personifies the perfect blend of a competitor, educator, mentor, and lifelong learner.
Clayton brings to the ITC 2025 program a strategic focus on traditional technique – a critical analysis into the importance of developing and improving traditional (BASIC) techniques for fighting and self-defense. This distinct approach aims to ground students in the fundamentals of martial arts, establishing a strong base for advanced techniques and strategies. His seminar will not only enhance your technical skills but also bolster self-confidence, discipline, and perseverance.
Clayton is immensely excited about this opportunity – and so should you be! His vast experience, passion for teaching, and commitment to excellence make him an ideal instructor to lead us. With him spearheading this seminar, you can expect an engaging, rigorous, and wisdom-filled journey into the world of martial arts. |
