This seminar will propel you to the next level, taking your favorite sparring techniques and applying them to all forms of combat sports! Some of the worlds top combat champions have utilized sport karate techniques to enhance their game. This seminar will teach you how to do just that.
Ross will show you exactly how he used his favorite point sparring techniques/concepts to give himself an edge on his way to becoming a multiple time world champion kickboxer.
As always, Ross will not only be sharing his fight sports knowledge, but he will also dive into some simple ways to preserve your body and improve your athleticism through proper strength & conditioning.

| Rooms: · EVERY ROOM has a MINI-FRIDGE! · FULLY REMODELED! · Since The Rio was the first-ever all-suite resort in the Las Vegas Valley, every room is spacious. · The suites are 582 square feet in size, with a state-of-the-art 65-inch flat-screen TV, walk-in shower, sofa with a queen-size pull-out bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, (and as we mentioned before…a mini-fridge!). You can choose between a double queen bedroom (sleeps 6 people with the pull-out couch) or a king bedroom (sleeps 4 people with the pull-out couch). · Also, did we mention that every room has a mini fridge? |
