Instructor Reveal #4 Krystal Alvarez Krystal is a 4th Degree Black Beltwith over 20 years of training in the Chuck Norris System. She has competed across UFAF, NASKA, and Arizona Sport Karate, earning multiple NASKA Top 10 rankings in 2024 and 2025, and capturing the 2024 Norris Cup in Fighting.  Beyond the trophies, Krystal is passionate about helping the next generation grow with focus, discipline, and respect — both on and off the mat. Youth Seminar: Blitz 101 This high-energy seminar introduces students to one of the simplest and most effective techniques in point fighting — THE BLITZ! Students will learn how to: • Explode forward with confidence • Catch their opponent off guard • Score clean, controlled points • Improve timing, speed, and distance • Stay safe while training fast and smart The seminar is designed to be fun, fast-paced, and engaging, while emphasizing control, awareness, and confidence.
