We are positively buzzing with excitement as we introduce our highly-anticipated fifth instructor for the UFAF ITC – Master Danny Sohmer!

Known for his incredible competitive spirit and enthusiasm in Martial Arts, Master Danny Sohmer is ready to fire up this year's UFAF ITC youth with his electrifying seminar – "The Ringer: Find Your Competitive Stride". Keen to enhance your performance on the competition mat? Then this is THE interactive seminar for you!

This training session will unveil the realities of competition – aspects that most practitioners often learn the hard way. With Master Danny, you'll dive deep into the methodology of using your voice, body, and energy to transform into a confident and unbeatable force inside the ring. Best of all, you're bound to have truckloads of fun while you're at it!

Master Danny has had considerable experience in various divisions of Martial Arts – running the gamut from wrestling to Extreme Martial Arts (XMA). His vast exposure and consequent success, both inside and outside the ring, signifies his rich understanding of the competitive avenues in Martial Arts.

He started his Martial Arts journey with Giroux Bros Martial Arts in 2002 under the instruction of Master Steve Giroux. His competitive journey began at the 2008 ITC with point fighting, and since then, there's been no looking back!

He made us all proud by securing one of the highly coveted 2023 Norris Cups, and he has been relentlessly working towards prepping the new generation of martial arts warriors for success. Even today, you can find Master Danny nurturing talents at both, Giroux Bros Martial Arts and his own school, Compass Martial Arts.
