We’ve just uploaded FIVE new videos to the member videos Dropbox.

This month the videos feature punching combos with Sensei Crosby from UMAD in GA, solo training for sweeps and footwork with Mr. Van Frasher from Frasher's Champion Karate in OH, training for stances and hip action in forms with Mr. Joe Gemma from the Karate GGYM in NV, a variety of home training drills for all ages from Champion Martial Arts in WV, and thrusting front kick drills from Dunamis Karate in SC.
