Bo Staff Fundamentals and Tricks
This seminar will be covering traditional bo staff techniques as well as giving the students Jackson's secrets to some of the best tricks in competition. The session will focus on technique, power, speed, difficulty, and creativity.

Here is a short bio on Mr. Rudolph:
Jackson has won 57 World titles from NASKA, ISKA,and WKA in forms/weapons and is a 4th degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon do and a 1st degree Black Belt in the Chuck Norris System. In addition to being a member of the world renowned Team Paul Mitchell Karate, he is a Hyper Pro Athlete for Hyper Martial Arts, and a professional athlete for Century Martial Arts.
Jackson is most known for his weapons innovation with the bo staff having developed a style consisting of releases and manipulations combined with power and technical precision. |
UFAF ITC, Annual Gala & World Championships

A major part of the ITC event is the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT. Participants compete in weapons, kata, sparring, team sparring, BJJ, and demo team. Plaques are awarded for 1st through 3rd place in all age/rank divisions.
Black Belt competitors in forms, weapons, and sparring get to compete for the title of Grand Champion and a chance to win the coveted Norris Cup. There are 10 Norris Cups in total, for various forms, weapons, and sparring divisions. The winners' names are engraved on the cup and they get to keep the Norris Cup for one year. Then next year, it's back up for grabs. So train hard, because the competition is always tough, but winning will be worth it!
