UFAF ITC 2026 AWARDS Dear UFAF Members, This is your reminder that nominations for the ITC 2026 Awards will close on May 15th! This is your opportunity to recognize the instructors, schools, and members who make a positive impact throughout our organization. We are accepting nominations for: 🏫 School of the Year 🥋 Instructor of the Year 🔥 Most Inspirational Member Think about the people who inspire you… The instructor who motivates and develops students The school that consistently represents UFAF with excellence The member whose attitude, work ethic, leadership, or perseverance inspires others These individuals and schools can only be recognized if members like YOU take the time to nominate them. 👉 Log in to the UFAF homepage and look for the ITC 2026 Awardssection to submit your nominations before May 15th. Your school… your instructor… or someone from your region could be honored this year — but only if they are nominated! ⚠️ Important ITC Registration & Room Block Reminder We also want to clarify how the ITC registration discount works regarding the UFAF Room Block at the Rio. ✅ $625 = Discounted Early Bird ITC Registration Rate (ONLY for attendees staying in the official UFAF Room Block at the Rio) ❌ Attendees NOT staying in the room block will pay: ➡️ $725 before June 15th ➡️ $825 after June 15th Your Rio reservation WILL be verified at the ITC Registration Desk during the event. ⚠️ If you registered using the discounted room block rate but are NOT actually staying in the UFAF Room Block, you will be required to pay the additional $100 difference at check-in. To receive and keep the discounted ITC registration rate, you must: Book your room in the official UFAF Room Block at the Rio  (https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/LASDH/G-UF26) Provide valid confirmation when verified at ITC registration If you experience any issues booking your room before or after our reserved date block, please email Mrs. Cox for assistance.
