Exciting Changes to the ITC

1.	ALL competitors in the tournament can now choose to do BOTH Open AND Traditional forms. You no longer have to choose one or the other. You can do BOTH if you want.

2.	Team sparring will be available for under belts and youth, plus we will be adding mixed teams!

3.	We are adding a UFAF ITC Youth Games with lots of challenges and competitions for our youth participants. (More details coming soon!)

4.	The Instructor Development Series (IDS) this year will be open to Green Belts & Up, ages 14 and up!
