ITC Dress Code
UFAF Chuck Norris System Uniform Requirements
- All students must conform to UFAF uniform standards for official events.
- Student uniforms must be all white (red trim – lapel only - for red belts)
- Chuck Norris System Patch on the left lapel and country flag on the upper left arm
- School patch on the upper right arm or right lapel (optional)
- Official “UFAF” back design REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS*
- Student last name required with back design for red/black belts (optional through green belt)
- Belt must represent your standard CNS rank: white, gold, purple, orange, blue, green, red, red w/black stripe, black.
- Stripe belts are also permitted: example green w/stripe. Stripe must run the length of the belt through the middle.
- If you are unsure of anything, or if you are a black belt in another system training in CNS, please ask your instructor or contact memberservices@ufaf.org.
UFAF Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Uniform
UFAF members competing in the jiu-jitsu (grappling) divisions of the tournament must wear a UFAF BJJ uniform. Also, competitors are to wear the belt that represents rank/skill level in jiu-jitsu, NOT the Chuck Norris System. UFAF BJJ Uniforms are available through the UFAF Store, get your order in early, allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
UFAF Krav Maga
All UFAF Krav Maga Force Instructors are to wear the black UFAF KM Instructor Tee and UFAF KM Instructor pants in any UFAF KM Seminars. UFAF KM Students are encouraged to wear a UFAF KM Student Tee
Things to Bring
Check your particular seminar schedule, and bring sparring gear and a traditional weapon if seminar applicable. A grappling top or UFAF KM training wear is optional for applicable seminars.
UFAF Member Dress Uniform *
Men – Solid black slacks (no jeans) with solid black blazer (black buttons) OR solid black suit, white shirt and any color tie.
Women – Solid black skirt or slacks (no jeans) with solid black blazer, white shirt or blouse OR solid black dress with solid black blazer.
* Under Black Belt Members - If you do not have the full dress uniform, please dress as close as possible (black pants/skirt, white shirt, tie, etc.)
UFAF badge on left lapel (Will be available for purchase at the ITC if you don’t have one.)

Van FrasherMr. Van Frasher is a skilled martial artist and knowledgeable teacher. He began his martial arts training in 1979 when he was ten-years-old in Wayne County, WV. Throughout his years of training he has studied various martial arts including; The Chuck Norris System (CNS), Karate, Jujitsu, Aikido, Judo, and Pambuan Arnis. In 2019 he became a Guru in Pambuan Arnis. Blending Your Arts for the StreetVan Frasher's seminar will include how Filipino martial arts influences your CNS for street applicable situations. We will also touch on skill building and drills to enhance your overall knowledge in blending different martial arts. |
Kenny GallacherKenny Gallacher has been a lifelong practitioner of the Martial Arts. He started training as a very young boy and he received his Black Belt in Chun Kuk Do in 1992 under Grand Master Ken Gallacher. He started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2008 and was promoted to Black Belt in UFAF BJJ in 2022. Finding Your Flow: Mastering Defense and Patience in Jiu JitsuKenny believes that a strong defense is crucial to your BJJ. During his seminar he will be going over tactics that will allow you to feel comfortable in uncomfortable positions. Leverage and patience are key elements in BJJ and will help you stay calm even in the worst of positions. |
Kenny HerreraKenny Herrera has devoted over fifty years studying, training, and teaching martial arts, becoming one of the most versatile and well-respected instructors in the field today. He is a husband, father of three, and grandfather of six. Kenny started his martial arts journey in 1969 with Chuck Norris at Sherman Oaks Karate. In 1986, Kenny was awarded the United Fighting Arts Federation (UFAF) Instructor of the Year title and a special “Professional Martial Artist” designation in the early 90s. He currently holds black belt ranks in five systems from Grand Masters Chuck Norris, Joe Lewis, Bill “Superfoot” Wallace, Pat Johnson, and John Korab. In 2021, Kenny was inducted into the United Kingdom’s Black Belt Hall of Fame and in 2022 received the coveted Wieland Norris Award. Blending of Classical and Traditional Techniques (BOCATT) into Modern ArtsKenny’s session, “Blending of Classical and Traditional Techniques (BOCATT) into Modern Arts”, explores the innovation and insight of the Chuck Norris System. It incorporates classical and traditional techniques, blending them into applicable modern arts. Learn how to use your environment for enhanced training and self defense. The class will touch on classical fighting concepts transitioned into modern sparring and kickboxing. Be prepared to challenge yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally while advancing your knowledge and understanding of the martial arts. |
Riley HackettRiley Hackett started his training at 8 years old at Chip Wright’s Champion Karate. He started assisting with the teaching of classes at age 12, and went on to purchase the school from Mr. Wright in 2022. Riley made a name for himself both regionally and internationally in the UFAF ITC World Championships and in the National Blackbelt League. He represented UFAF’s sponsored team in the NBL’s sport karate circuit in 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2018. Riley was named UFAF’s Male Competitor of the Year in 2019, 2021, and 2022. In 2019 he was the Adult Forms Grand Champion winning the coveted Norris Cup. Rough Housing with RileyIn this seminar Riley will share some of his favourite techniques and drills to help make you a better fighter. Not only will this seminar focus on practical attacks and counters but he aims to provide an understanding of sparring concepts. “Anyone can be great at throwing punches and kicks and can learn new techniques but I believe it is important to understand the concepts behind the technique, how it fits together, when it works, and when to use them. I am excited to help our system grow and to do some sparring with you all!” |

Crosby Broadwater IIISensei Crosby is a 4th degree black belt in the Chuck Norris System under Lindy Woods, a 2nd degree UFAF Krav Maga black belt, & a Sport Karate Blackbelt. Sensei Crosby has been teaching for 20 years; from daycares, public/ private schools, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, the US Army & other studios. He is thrilled and honored to share some of what he has learned from being in some regional, national, & international tournaments. Point Sparring 101Focusing on dynamic stretching, distance, timing, staying in the fight, & how to score effectively. Benjamin JonesBenjamin Jones is a professional martial artist representing Team Paul Michell Karate and Century Martial Arts. He holds World Titles from NASKA, ISKA, WKC, ProMac, and UFAF in traditional and CMX forms and weapons; and synchronized team divisions. He also has 8 Norris Cup Titles from UFAF ITC’s over the last few years. Benjamin has a passion for teaching and began instructing at the age of 8. He has continued to pass on his knowledge in forms, weapons, and tricking throughout his career. He is currently working as a full-time head instructor for Infinity Martial Arts. He is a 3rd Degree in Tang Soo Do, a 2nd degree in CNS, and a 2nd degree in the PMA system. |
Bo SeminarBen Jones has been competing with Bo for almost 9 years now, and has trained under Jackson Rudolph since 2014. Tricking SeminarBen Jones started learning tricking through the Hyper Trick School program, and then eventually took the knowledge gained from it, and learned/built on his tricking over the years. In this seminar, he will go over easy and safe progressions to make sure everyone can participate and have a good time learning fun tricks! Everyone will start basic and will build up into more advanced tricks as the seminar goes on. At the end of the seminar, there will be an always-fun, trick circle where all the students can show off what they’ve learned! |
