Preview NEW Packages for the 2019 International Training Conference In Las Vegas

Hello UFAF Members!!

We are so excited for the 2019 International Training Conference and World Championships! This letter is to give you some of the details and info you will need to help you prepare to attend the 2019 ITC. First, here is a brief layout of the 2019 event schedule and the event package options. As always if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Tuesday, July 9th and Wednesday, July 10th - MDS Courses
Thursday, July 11th - IDS, Judges Certification, Kick off ceremony, MRIC, Pool Party/BBQ
Friday, July 12th - All day seminar instruction – (Lunch provided by UFAF)
Saturday, July 13th - World Championship Tournament (Concession stands will be open) (Individual Kata, Weapons, Jiu Jitsu and Fighting Competitions), UFAF Gala
Sunday, July 14th - Event photos, World Championship-Super Grands Sunday (Concession stands will be open) (Demo team Competition, Kata, Weapons, Fighting Grands, & Team Fighting)

“Seminar Package” Registration - $390 
The following events and items are included with the Seminar Package:
* Kickoff ceremony
* MRIC
* Pool Party BBQ
* entrance to and participation in any and all seminars on Friday, July 12th
* one Gala ticket
* event t-shirt & program
* lunch on Friday, July 12th
Seminar Package participants are also eligible for participation in any and all TEAM competition events on Sunday, July 14th, (Demo Team and Team Fighting).
World Championship Tournament Team Events -
Team Fighting $20 per person
Demo Team- $100 per team (The demo team coach will register the team, but each demo team member will need to show proof that they are a registered participant of the ITC)

“Tournament Package” Registration - $390
The following events and items are included with the Tournament Package:
* Kickoff ceremony
* MRIC
* Pool Party BBQ
* participation in any and all tournament events
* one Gala ticket
* event t-shirt & program
* lunch on Friday, July 12th
* entrance to and participation in the “King of the Ring Sparring” or “Open Mat Jiu-Jitsu” and the “Family Seminar”

“Total Experience Package” Registration - $599
The Total Experience Package includes:
-Two Gala tickets
-Two family passes
Entrance to and participation in:
-IDS
-Kickoff ceremony
-Master Rank Induction Ceremony
-Pool Party BBQ
-Any and All seminars on Friday, July 12th
-Lunch provided by UFAF on Friday, July 12th
-Any and All tournament events, including Team Fighting
-Note
 The IDS is for red belts and black belts only, age 16 and up, any red belts and black belts under age 16 may attend with instructor approval.

“Family Package” Registration - $1099
The Family Package is for immediate family only
The Package includes:
-Two to four ITC participant registrations
- Up to six Gala tickets
-Up to six family lunch passes
-Two to four family passes
-One FREE 5 x 7 family photo the night of the Gala (up to six people) (photo will not be taken with Grand Master Norris)
Entrance to and participation for two to four participants in:
-IDS
-Kickoff ceremony
-Master Rank Induction Ceremony
-Pool Party BBQ
-Any and All seminars on Friday, July 12th
-Lunch provided by UFAF on Friday, July 12th (up to six people)
-Any and All tournament events, including Team Fighting
-Note
 The IDS is for red belts and black belts only, age 16 and up, any red belts and black belts under age 16 may attend with instructor approval.

“Add-Ons”
IDS- For Red Belts and Black Belts Only- $99
Participants may register for the IDS with the purchase of either the Seminar or Tournament packages and the IDS is included in the Total Experience package for red and black belts
Additional Gala Tickets- $75
Children age 3 and under are free
Additional Family Passes-$20
Children age 3 and under are free

Registration will be open in January 2019 allowing you to break the registration up into seven equal payments if registered before January 15th!
