Master Robert Sapp is one of our instructors lined up for the Adult ITC

Here is a short bio on Master Sapp:

Robert Sapp began his martial arts training doing Judo and Tae Kwon Do at a YMCA and eventually found his home at the Chuck Norris Studio in Virginia Beach, VA. In his 34 years as a black belt he has been a professional instructor for Chuck Norris Studios, Troy Dorsey and Chuck Norris’ KICKSTART KIDS Foundation, where he was one of the original instructors.

Mr. Sapp created the Chuck Norris System Bo Kata that is currently required for 3rd degree black belt, and his voice can be heard describing the techniques on the CKD Video Training Series. He was also an original member of the UFAF Masters Development Series staff and was instrumental in the creation of the original instructional material.

As a competitor, Mr. Sapp has been successful on the open tournament circuit and the traditional karate circuit, especially as a weapons competitor with the bo.
He has had the privilege of training with some of the greatest weapon masters in martial arts, including: Luis Estes, Tadashi Yamashita, Jiro Shiroma, Paul Vunak, Dan Inosanto, Frank Cucci, Remy Presas, Raffy Pambuan, and Patrick McCarthy.

In this seminar you will learn how to use the bo staff to strike, block and trap for self defense. This will help you learn the practical application of the Bo Staff beyond competition use.

Register by the end of April and break up the event cost over 4 easy payments.

A highlight of the ITC event is the demo team competition. Demo teams from all over the organization are going to square off to showcase their talents for Mr. Norris.

A demo team must consist of a minimum of four UFAF members; no maximum. Members may be any age and rank (white belt or above), and may represent individual schools, multiple schools, regions, countries, or any other member group within UFAF.
